Training times are 9.30am to 4.30pm with a
hour for lunch. Morning and afternoon breaks of 20 mins giving time for important emails and messages during the day.
Our training courses have the objective of
trainees being able to drive their CAD software without prompting from the trainer after their course has finished. To aid
retention a substantial and specially written course companion manual, along with an A4 laminated
guide to common short cuts and plotting to scale, will be provided to create a useful
after course reference guide.
Outcomes cannot be guaranteed
as take up will vary with each individual.
Trainees retain responsibility for their computer hardware.
Course content can be focused on a trainee’s
CAD work. This benefits our customers because a trainer is not handicapped by
having to cover a set list of training topics.
We cannot operate in the same way as training centre courses, which can be inconveniently cancelled or postponed at short notice.
With exclusive in-house CAD training, time and resources are allocated when training is booked. Therefore any course fees paid cannot be refunded. Courses can however be postponed to a mutually convenient date.
One benefit of remote training is flexibility, where customers can ask to re-schedule part of their training. If this happens, balance of training must be taken within 6 months of initial training date, on a normal working day which excludes week ends and Bank Holidays. No refunds of unused training time are allowed. Any balance remaining could be used as credit towards additional CAD training from On-Site-Support (CAD)
