You have a choice of
attending a training course at an Autocad training centre. (Not us). You will find their locations of which you
will find by googling "Autocad course near me". As a result of attending a course you would
receive an official Autocad training certificate.
However if you feel that you would benefit more from 1 to 1 remote training, there is an alternative skills based approach. Sometimes training
centre courses are well attended, with the risk that some may be left
behind. Which can be a source of frustration to other trainees, who may wish to progress
at a faster rate.
Added to that, many
employers distrust CAD training certificates because CAD skills are forgotten
after just a short while, if CAD software is not used or
practiced. Indeed it's quite common for employers to ask for a CAD skills test during a job interview.
Good CAD
skills can put you in a stronger position with employers, provided you
keep practicing your CAD skills after your course. Free to
practice Windows PC based compatible CAD software, plus practice PDF files to copy, can be provided after your course.
As it would be 1 to 1
training it would be run at a pace that suits you. Ideally remotely because
it’s lower cost, and you will be able to share your screen over Microsoft
Teams or remote connection software.
Course fees for 2 days of remote 1 to 1 CAD training, would be at a special rate for unemployed (Proof required) of £595+vat (£714) on a BACS or card pre-payment basis.
You would need a PC
Windows based computer to run the free to practice compatible software.
There's no limit on the time you can use this software for practice. However you will be limited to saving just 1000 objects and you won't be able to print.
